WIILMA exists to tackle loneliness and isolation, increase community cohesion, and provide advocacy and research on important issues facing our communities. We are looking for an experienced marketing and PR volunteer to support us with our aims and objectives in the City of London.
WIILMA exists to tackle loneliness and isolation, increase community cohesion, and provide advocacy and research on important issues facing our communities. We are looking for an experienced marketing and PR volunteer who can help with all aspects of marketing and communications as well as helping raise awareness of the work we do, to also help reach people who could benefit from our work. Within the marketing aspect of the role, you will architect and execute dynamic marketing and communications strategies. You will shape our brand voice, manage impactful campaigns, and utilize your expertise to connect with the people who need us most. Within the public relations aspect of the role, you will craft engaging press releases, build relationships with the media, and spearhead campaigns that raise our public profile. Your work will not only build awareness but will also act as a beacon, reaching vulnerable individuals who could directly benefit from our life-changing services. This will vary but a minimum of 3-5 hours per week or more depending on volunteer availability and if they wish to volunteer more hours.
