Join us as a volunteer at the Fleet Street Quarter Festival of Words, the newest literary festival in this historic heart of London, running from 12 - 16 May 2026! various duties and roles avaliable across the festival.
In February 2022, local businesses voted overwhelmingly in favour of establishing the Fleet Street Quarter Business Improvement District (BID). This favourable outcome demonstrated a strong mandate amongst businesses to work more collectively in leading, shaping and influencing a comprehensive programme of activity – positioning the Fleet Street Quarter as a thriving and vibrant destination. Join us as a volunteer at the Fleet Street Quarter Festival of Words, the newest literary festival in this historic heart of London, running from 12 - 16 May 2026! This exciting five-day event brings together voices from across journalism, fiction, screenwriting, and more - featuring morning news briefings, lunchtime discussions, family-friendly Saturday sessions, and captivating evening talks. As a volunteer, as well as attending events across the programme, you could be: • Wayfinding and stewarding for festival goers • Checking tickets and welcoming audiences • Assisting with seating and accessibility • Supporting book sales and signings • Helping authors and speakers in green rooms Volunteers must be 18+
