Welcome people from all over the world and help open access to V&A East Museum.
Love talking to people? Want to help celebrate East London’s creativity and contemporary culture? As a Welcome Volunteer, you’ll meet lots of different people and empower them to explore V&A East Museum by recommending things to do based on their interests. No arts background or special skills are required, just friendliness and a curious mind – all training is provided! This role is based at V&A East Museum. To become a volunteer, you need to attend a selection event and an induction event each run from approximately 10:00 – 14:00. The available dates are: 10 October - Selection Event 13 October - Selection Event 21 October - Induction Event 24 October - Induction Event Unfortunately, we are unable to offer alternative dates for the selection and induction event, so these dates and times do not work for you, please wait for a future recruitment round to apply Get in touch with us if you have any questions. We’d love for you to join us once a month. Volunteering slots are available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday. They will vary in length, between 2-3.5hrs, so you can decide what’s best for you.
