Role Description: We are seeking a motivated volunteer to support the planning and coordination of our community and arts projects. Working closely with the core team, you will help ensure projects are well-organised, delivered on time, and meet their intended outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Support project planning, timelines, and task tracking • Assist with coordinating partners, facilitators, and volunteers • Help monitor progress, collect information, and support reporting • Contribute to risk management, scheduling, and evaluation activities Impact of the Role: Your involvement will strengthen project delivery, improve coordination, and help ensure our programmes create lasting positive impact for individuals and communities. Skills & Experience: • Strong organisational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Interest in project coordination, community work, or the arts • Project management experience is welcome but not required Time Commitment: Flexible, with a regular commitment agreed in advance. Volunteers should already have basic organisational skills, be reliable, and feel comfortable using email and simple computer documents. Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as the role involves handling information accurately and supporting day-to-day operations. Other tasks and systems can be learned with guidance and support.
Practical experience in charity administration, transferable skills, references, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community-led projects.
