We are looking for a reliable and organised volunteer to support the day-to-day administration of our charity. This role is essential to keeping our programmes running smoothly and supporting our team as we deliver creative, educational, and wellbeing activities across the community.

Key Responsibilities: • Support with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. • Help manage emails, contact lists, and simple records. • Assist with scheduling meetings, workshops, and volunteer activities. • Support monitoring, reporting, and general office organisation. Impact of the Role: Your support will increase our organisational capacity and efficiency, allowing staff and facilitators to focus more time on direct work with communities and participants. Skills & Experience: • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented. • Basic computer skills and confidence using email and documents. • Good communication skills and a supportive, proactive attitude. • Previous admin or office experience is helpful but not essential. Time Commitment: Flexible, with a regular weekly commitment preferred.
