Organisation: The MABA Group CIC Location: Remote Commitment: 3 days a week (18 hours) We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, thrives on organisation, and wants to contribute to a growing social enterprise making real impact. You will work closely with the CEO and wider team, helping to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and well-managed systems. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the CEO, including managing their calendar and scheduling commitments - Manage and organise daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management - Handle incoming calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Utilise CRM systems and Mailchimp to support communications and data management - Input data efficiently and accurately into various systems, including Google Workspace applications - Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members - Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required - Provide general clerical and administrative support to staff and volunteers as needed Essential Skills & Experience - Proven office or administrative experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively - Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry - Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Desirable Skills & Experience: - Some experience in bookkeeping - Previous clerical experience or familiarity with administrative procedures - Experience using CRMs and Mailchimp If you’re organised, reliable, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone with administrative skills, including filing, data entry, and document management. Someone who is confident to use of IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace. Wo has the Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone. Someone with strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks, schedules, and deadlines. Someone with attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and records. Basic numeracy skills; some experience with bookkeeping or financial records is desirable but not essential, but you must have ability to follow processes, maintain confidentiality, and work independently as well as part of a team.

We are seeking someone who can commit 18 hours per week spread across 3 days. Usually Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, however this can be open to discussion.
