Workshop Coordinators required to help deliver our digital inclusion drop in sessions in community hubs.

Detailed Description

Bridge the Gap is seeking Volunteer Workshop Coordinators to help deliver our digital inclusion and community engagement sessions across Hackney. You’ll play a key role in ensuring workshops run smoothly by coordinating venues, volunteers, and participants. Commitment Approx. 4-6 hours per week (flexible schedule) Locations: Hackney community hubs, libraries, foodbanks, and partner venues Main Responsibilities - Attend short planning meetings (online or in-person) to schedule workshops. - Liaise with venue and premises managers for room bookings, equipment, and logistics. - Coordinate Digital Skills Champion Volunteers and provide on-site support. - Assist with participant sign-in, feedback, and attendance records. - Record and report session outcomes, stories, and challenges. - Be the main point of contact for BTG at your assigned hub or session.
