The Project/ Fundraising Officer role will support our grant applications for funding. The key role includes: - Assist in writing grant funding proposals and grant applications. - Assist the finance officer to identify and progress funding opportunities - Assist with organising and publicising our community faced projects Essential skills for this role include the ability to seek out/refresh opportunities for funding, write clear and concise funding bids, put together simple budgets, meet deadlines, be a self-starter.
Fundraising
Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email, Bookkeeping & Finance, Good IT Skills, Organising & Planning, Reading & Writing
- While previous grant writing experience may be an asset, training will be provided to the suitable candidate. - Essential skills for this role include the ability to seek out and refresh opportunities for funding, write clear and concise funding bids, put simple budgets together, meet deadlines and be a self-starter. - Lunch and travel will always be reimbursed.
