Design for Justice. Build for Impact. Volunteer with The View. Are you a UI/UX designer with 5+ years of experience ready to use your skills for social change? The View Magazine CIC is looking for visionary designers to help shape the future of advocacy. You’ll be working on The View’s digital app, a dynamic hub that integrates: • 🎙️ Podcast streaming and live updates from our justice reform campaigns • 📱 Social media integration for real-time engagement • 📚 Back issue archives covering criminal justice, human rights, and survivor-led storytelling • 🧠 User-centered design solutions that prioritize accessibility, dignity, and impact This is your chance to co-create with ex-designers from The View’s original app team, collaborate with campaign strategists, and build tools that amplify the voices of women in prison, survivors of abuse, and frontline advocates.

💼 Who We're Looking For: • Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience • Strong portfolio in mobile-first, responsive, and accessible design • Passion for human rights, justice reform, and ethical tech • Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or similar platforms • Ability to work collaboratively with developers, campaigners, and creatives • Minimum 8 hours a week
