Community Session Volunteer
Carib Eats
Share your skills with the Carib Eats community! We welcome volunteers to run one-off or multi-week sessions in fitness, health, nutrition, arts, crafts, or other areas that bring people together.
Carib Eats isn’t just about food — it’s about connection, learning, and wellbeing. We’re looking for volunteers who would like to offer a class or session to our community, either as a one-off or over several weeks. This could be anything from fitness classes for over 55s, health and nutrition workshops, arts and crafts activities, or any skill you’d love to share. Sessions are run in a welcoming, family-style setting, often alongside our Friday canteen. Your contribution will help people connect, learn, and have fun while building stronger community bonds.
