Carib Eats
Create 3-5 social media posts each week to celebrate our Friday canteen, volunteers, and community — helping Carib Eats attract locals, sponsors, and supporters.
Carib Eats is more than a canteen — it’s a community. We’re looking for a volunteer to help share our story online. Using photos and videos we provide, you’ll make 3 posts per week that highlight our food, volunteers, and the positive impact we create. Your content will inspire locals to join us, celebrate our team, and encourage donations and sponsorships to keep us going. You can work remotely and stay in touch via WhatsApp, or join us in person on Fridays.

Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email, Creative & Design, Photography, Reading & Writing
• Passion for community and storytelling * Good eye and experience of using and posting to social media. • Confident using social media & Canva (or similar) • Creative, reliable, and good at communication

We anticipate the content will take 1-2 hours a week virtually but the volunteer will be expected to visit the canteen when possible to soak up the culture and vibe in order to share it with the wider community through socials.

📍 Getting to Carib Eats, Dalston Lane (E8) We’re just short walk from Dalston Junction and 5 minutes from Dalston Kingsland Overground stations. Buses 30, 38, 56, 242, and 277 all stop nearby on Dalston Lane and Kingsland High Street. 🚍
