Football Coach Assistant (women only)

Support the delivery of our football project for young women and girls by assisting the lead coach during weekly football sessions. Volunteers will help with setting up activities, supporting participants during sessions, and assisting with other session-related tasks as required. Sessions take place on Saturdays, 11am-1pm, starting in July 2026, for 12 weeks. **This is a female-only project so this role is only open to women**.

Detailed Description

Support the delivery of our football project for young women and girls by assisting the lead coach during weekly football sessions. Volunteers will help with setting up activities, supporting participants during sessions, and assisting with other session-related tasks as required. Sessions take place on Saturdays, 11am-1pm, starting in July 2026, for 12 weeks. **This is a female-only project so this role is only open to women**. You will gain experience to be part of the community, meet new people, develop leadership and facilitation skills, gain practical experience in sports coaching and youth engagement.

Time Commitment

Sessions take place on Saturdays, 11am-1pm, starting in July 2026, for 12 weeks. We are looking for volunteers who can make an ongoing commitment and require a regular commitment of 2 hours per week.
