Move and Stretch Project Assistant (female only)

Trapped in Zone One is a community-focused creative organisation. Our aim is to engage with young people and the wider community to improve the health and wellbeing of diverse communities through creative practices. We are looking for two female Project Assistants to help run our Move and Stretch women’s fitness programme. Sessions take place weekly on Tuesday mornings, 10-12 at Toynbee Hall, E1. The role involves registering participants, collecting feedback from them, and other admin tasks.

Detailed Description

**Please note this role is only open to women** Trapped in Zone One is a community-focused creative organisation based in East London. Our aim is to engage with young people and the wider community to improve the health and wellbeing of diverse communities through creative practices. We are looking for two female Project Assistants to help run our Move and Stretch women’s fitness programme. Sessions take place weekly on Tuesday mornings, 10am-12pm at Toynbee Hall in E1. The role involves registering participants, collecting feedback from them, and other admin tasks. You will gain many things from this experience: be part of the community, meet new people, a chance to develop facilitation skills working with facilitators, enhance your communication skills. A chance to develop your knowledge about working in the community, gain experience to improve your chances of paid employment, an opportunity to have fun and to be part of a nice, committed team of people.

Time Commitment

This role requires an ongoing commitment of 2-hours per week, every Tuesday morning from 10am to 12pm.
