Join our community programme, Together Better, as a volunteer Tai Chi Instructor and make a real difference in people’s lives. As a Tai Chi Instructor, you'll lead weekly group sessions for patients and community members in a welcoming, non-clinical space within the GP surgery. You'll be offering more than just physical activity; you'll be helping people connect, reduce stress, and gain confidence in their bodies.
