Somali Speaking Advice and Guidance Volunteer

We are seeking a Somali speaking volunteer to provide advice and guidance support to clients accessing our services. Volunteers will help clients understand our services, provide information, and support them with general enquiries. This role involves working closely with our staff team, welcoming clients, guiding them to the appropriate service or staff member, and offering culturally sensitive support.

Volunteers will work directly with clients during office hours, with flexibility for part-time availability. No specific deadlines, but ongoing support is appreciated.

Flexible volunteering available. Ideally 2–4 hours per week, during office hours (AM or PM), negotiable to suit volunteers availability.
