Volunteer Grant Writer
Unity Support Network
Unity Support Network (USN) is seeking an experienced and passionate volunteer grant writer to help secure funding for our diverse community programmes. As a grant writer, you will play a critical role in identifying funding opportunities, drafting compelling proposals, and supporting our mission to provide social inclusion, activities, and support services for the local community.
Research and identify potential grant opportunities from trusts, foundations, and government bodies. Write and submit grant proposals that clearly communicate the impact and needs of our programmes. Ensure proposals align with the funder’s requirements and USN’s goals. Collaborate with the USN team to gather relevant data, success stories, and financial information. Track deadlines and manage the grant submission process from start to finish. Maintain records of all submitted applications, reports, and communications. Assist in preparing progress reports and budget outlines for ongoing grants.
