V&A East
As a Connect + Create Volunteer, you’ll help visitors engage with hands-on activities across the museum. You might assist someone as they invent a new type of furniture, brainstorm creative poster ideas, spotlight an interactive artwork, or spark conversations that inspire them to make, think and create. No arts background or special skills are required, just friendliness and a curious mind – all training is provided.

This role is based at V&A East Museum. As a Connect + Create Volunteer, you’ll help visitors engage with hands-on activities across the museum. Disclaimer Successful applicants for this role will be required to undergo a basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. This will be carried out by the V&A. All relevant training and support will be provided.

Volunteering at V&A East is flexible and there’s no minimum time commitment. Slots are available across the week, including weekends and evenings, and last between 2-4hrs, so you can choose what is best for you.
