Real DPO is looking for an experienced IT Support Assistant to help our Office Manager. We are looking for a commitment of 1 day per week on a Wednesday or Friday, and this role will take place in our office. As our IT Support Assistant you will; - Provide hands-on support for laptop and desktop troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues - Support with website updates and basic maintenance - Provide general IT support to staff.

Real DPO is looking for a friendly, experienced, and reliable IT Support Assistant Volunteer to support our Office Manager. If you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you. We are looking for a commitment of 1 day per week on a Wednesday or Friday, and this role will take place in our office. As our IT Support Assistant you will; - Provide hands-on support for laptop and desktop troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues - Support with website updates and basic maintenance - Provide general IT support to staff.

What skills are required for this role

Why these skills are required

For this role you will need: - at least 6 months' experience in an IT support or similar role - to be IT literate and well versed with Microsoft Office and Windows If you have experience of CRM (Salesforce) and website management (Wordpress), this would be an advantage but is not essential. We are also looking for people who: - have excellent interpersonal and communication skills - can prioritise, meet deadlines and work on their own initiative - have good attention to detail - are flexible and open to learning - are professional, reliable and responsible - are committed to equalities (we are a Disabled People's Organisation)

Time Commitment

At least 1 day a week on Wednesday or Friday, for a minimum of 4 months, preferably longer.
