Provide one-to-one or small group support to help people use digital devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops). Assist participants with basic digital skills such as using email and video calls, accessing online services (health, benefits, banking, job searches), staying safe online (privacy, passwords, scams). Support people to use the internet confidently and independently. Explain digital concepts in a clear, patient, and encouraging way.
This role is suitable for anyone passionate about reducing digital inequality, including students, professionals, retirees, or anyone with basic digital skills and a desire to help others. Explain digital concepts in a clear, patient, and encouraging way. Create a welcoming, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment. Weekly on-going activity, no application deadline.

Basic IT skills - internet & email
Friendly, patient, and supportive approach. Basic confidence using digital devices and common apps/websites. Good communication skills and ability to explain things simply. Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs and abilities.
Gain experience of supporting digital inclusion and community development. Improve your communication and teaching skills. Training and ongoing support provided by the charity. The chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
1 day a week, Thursday 12:30pm – 3:30pm (including setup time)
