The View Magazine is a quarterly publication by and for women in the justice system. We’re currently working on our 4th edition, which focuses on maternal incarceration and trauma in the criminal justice system. We’re seeking 3 or 4 experienced writers and editors with a passion for justice and feminism who want to help facilitate radical reform in the criminal justice system.
The View Magazine is a quarterly publication by and for women in the justice system. We’re currently working on our 4th edition, which focuses on maternal incarceration and trauma in the criminal justice system. We’re seeking 3 or 4 experienced writers and editors with a passion for justice and feminism who want to help facilitate radical reform in the criminal justice system. We’re seeking writers with interviewing skills, excellent communication and writing skills, who can work remotely to tight deadlines. Although The View is based in England, we offer a global perspective on the issues that confront women in the justice system — whether they’re defendants, victims, people leading innovative organizations, or justice reform advocates. We need writers who can conduct interviews, book reviews, write transcripts from recordings, and in-depth articles. You’ll be able to volunteer 8–10 hours a week remotely and produce high-quality, impactful content which will appeal to our bold audience. As The View was voted one of the top 10 human rights magazines in the world, we’re proud of our reputation, and we’re looking for writers to help us expand our reach and highlight injustices that women face — to create a fairer world.
