You’ll assist them in achieving digital inclusion goals, such as using Zoom or search engines, and help set up data-sensitive accounts like banking or email. During each contact, you’ll conduct low-level assessments, report any concerns, and refer clients to appropriate support services. Additionally, you’ll provide feedback to help develop the program.
