The View Magazine is a social enterprise campaigning platform for women in the justice system, as victims or offenders. Started by 3 incarcerated women in 2020, The View focuses on the rights of women and reframes the narrative of women affected by the justice system by publishing information that is accessible to everyone, spreading awareness, and promoting creativity through visual arts, creative writing, poetry and more. You will be part of an amazing team, creating meaningful change in our broken justice system. Invitations to various book launches previews, film festivals, product launches etc, personal and social skills development. Be involved in the editorial content creation of our influential quarterly magazine. Full volunteer training and supervision provided. As the platform operates as a quarterly digital magazine, a weekly podcast, a monthly newsletter and runs several campaigns highlighting justice and women, we have many volunteers helping in various fields including writing, conducting interviews, social media, policy and campaigns, commissioning, partnerships, marketing and fundraising. What will I be doing: Marketing, PR & Media. - You will have excellent communication skills & be a social media pro with knowledge of how to post across our social media platforms, including, Instagram ,Facebook ,LinkedIn, X and Tiktok - You will create daily content on Instagram, Facebook, X & weekly content on LinkedIn. - You will be familiar with Canva Premium & also create posts about our Rebel Justice Podcast weekly with our Podcast producer - You will have free reign to bring your ideas & creativity to this post. Prior experience is essential.

A full induction will be given, to understand your role and for a full introduction to the team. You will be given access and a run through of all our policies
