Access All Areas is looking for volunteers to support its Take Part programmes! Are you: • An artist trying to perfect your craft? • A student looking for a placement in participatory arts? • Or… simply interested in getting involved in your community and in knowing more about performance making and/or access? Our volunteering opportunities might be the right fit for you! Join as a volunteer on our programmes and… • Gain experience working within an established production company’s methodology • Get to be creative, inspiring and bold with your ideas • Be part of an inclusive performance-making process • Build your toolkit and learn the ropes of what it takes to do inclusive creative work • Work with emerging learning disabled and autistic artists Sessions take place at Sutton House, Hackney (E9 6JQ)

Why these skills are required

Enthusiasm, friendliness, and willingness to join in with drama workshops! Previous work with learning disabled and autistic adults is desirable but not essential.

We have experience working with neurodivergent volunteers and can provide additional information, support and sensory tools as needed. Our workshop venue is wheelchair accessible but does not have a changing places toilet. Volunteers are welcome to bring a PA or support worker with them if required. Please get in touch with any access requirements and we can talk further
