Flexible volunteer role to support the Area Support Coordinator for North and East London in the attracting and recruitment of Volunteer Association Visitors, who support individuals and there families living with and affected by MND. To support the Area Support Coordinator with ongoing support and mentoring of the volunteer Association Visitors once in post and working in the local community
What's involved: Predominantly Home based, occasional in person meetings with Area Support Coordinator Attracting and recruitment of volunteers in your Borough for the volunteer role of Association Visitors Respond to enquiries Initial telephone and/or virtual interviews Attend volunteer events (where able) Attend Association Visitor development days (held once or twice a year pan London) Work Closely with the Area Support Coordinator, for the onboarding and completion of Association Visitor e-learning Attend virtual online meetings approx. once a month Optional opportunity to take on additional activities Opportunities to work across other North and East London Boroughs
