We are looking for volunteers to provide welfare support for individuals. We provide a range of welfare support services to our community members, with help from our experienced volunteers. This role is avaliable for women only.
Happy Baby Community is a charity working in Greater London with pregnant and new mothers who are also seeking asylum. We've grown a strong programme of doula and perinatal support. The families we work with face extreme challenges and vulnerability. The excellent care of doulas gives them comfort that they can't find anywhere else, plus measurably improved perinatal outcomes. We are looking for volunteers to provide welfare support for individuals. We provide a range of welfare support services to our community members, with help from our experienced volunteers. If you have experience in supporting asylum seekers and refugees with welfare issues such as immigration law, housing, school or nursery enrolments, we will welcome your help. This role is only avaliable to women.
