Assist in a homeless day centre at the Computer Drop in Sessions.
Providence Row Progression & Training team runs Computer drop-in sessions for clients to be able to have free access to computers, a member of staff will always be on hand to support the clients with anything they may need. A volunteer would help to support these sessions. · Assist the staff member to set up the room & ensure it is tidy & break it down at the end of the session, securing the laptops. · Give out headphones / supplies needed · Provide basic assistance with using computers, laptops and the internet. * Support job searching activities, including CV updates, online applications and recruitment websites. * Support clients to access online services, including Universal Credit, benefits, housing and healthcare systems. •Assist clients with setting up and managing email accounts. · Promote training courses & Assist clients enrolled on online learning courses to access and complete learning activities.

You are great with computers and be able to help out with basic issues.
