Detailed Description

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant with practical experience of the Xero accounting system to support the Treasurer with the day-to-day administration of the finances of a small charity and its wholly-owned trading subsidiary. Membership is £10 a year for individuals and £15 for households

Basic IT skills - internet & email, Evaluating & Reviewing, Maths, People Skills

Why these skills are required

Relevant experience. The successful candidate will have sound bookkeeping skills, experience of processing purchase transactions, bank income feeds and reconciliations and maintaining accurate digital financial records. They will be comfortable working independently, demonstrate a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, and be able to prioritise routine financial tasks while supporting the smooth operation of our charity.
