As an Audience Research Volunteer, you’ll support the Curator & Project Manager with capturing data through surveys, feedback forms, and other methods to inform and improve visitor experiences. We are looking for 2 Audience Research Volunteers. Main tasks: • To collect feedback on steaming days • Assist with audience research through capturing numbers of attendees and visitor feedback forms where appropriate. • Use a toolkit of pre-prepared templates including visitor surveys, event feedback forms, number counts, comments cards, website analysis etc.

This role is ideal for people who: • Have good communication skills • Have an ability to multitask • Have experience with Microsoft software (such as Word and Excel). • Enjoy engaging with people in a relaxed and informal way • Are reliable and trustworthy

The role is initially for Steaming Weekends but may become a more regular role. • A typical day runs from 10:00 to 16:00 (5 hours volunteering plus a 1-hour lunch break)
