You will help make sure that the experiences, ideas and views of people who visit us are heard.

Detailed Description

As a Community Voice Volunteer, you will help make sure that the experiences, ideas and views of people who use Greenwich Foodbank are heard. You will create opportunities for guests to share what matters to them, whether that's through a conversation, a feedback card, a simple question or another way that feels comfortable for them. You won't be expected to solve problems or provide advice. Your role is to listen, capture what people want us to know and help make sure their voices reach the people who can act on them.

Confident using basic digital tools, with training provided where needed.

Time Commitment

Thursdays, 9am-11.30am 2.5 hours per week (or joining a monthly rota) plus additional 10 hours over the year for meetings and training. We ask for a minimum of 6 months commitment.
