Food bank e-vouchers are issued to people in crisis by referral agencies - such as Citizens Advice, housing associations, GPs, and the Royal Borough of Greenwich - which can then be redeemed at a Welcome Centre for a three-day emergency food parcel. As an E-Voucher Data Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the work of Greenwich Foodbank. This data-focused role involves accurately entering information into Trussell’s online Data Collection System (training is available). The data you record provides crucial insight into the demand for our services.

Willing to sign and uphold our Confidentiality Agreement and Data Protection Policy. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Confident using IT systems and databases. - Compassionate and respectful in guest interactions. - Well-organised and reliable. - Open to change, adaptable, and willing to ‘road test’ new ideas, processes, or ways of working to help us grow and improve.

2.5 hours per week (or joining a monthly rota) plus additional 10 hours over the year for meetings and training. We ask for a minimum of 6 months commitment.
