Drama Group Volunteer

Looking for a volunteer to support a facilitator delivering drama workshops. The individual will be someone who thrives in a creative environment, is good at thinking on their feet and has a passion for performing arts. Experience of acting is not essential, but passion, enthusiasm and the willingness to get stuck in with a collaborative spirit is essential!
Supporting lead facilitator in delivering workshop and demonstrations Helping deliver warmups, drama activities and games Contributing ideas and collaborating as a team Setting up any necessary equipment at the start of sessions Ensure client emotional welfare and safety in sessions Promote a harmonies and inclusive environment Helping clients develop ideas in group break out activities Being supportive and giving positive reinforcement to clients Encourage clients will building confidence and feel capable of stepping out of comfort zone Motivate and affirm clients during workshop Tidy workshop space before and after sessions
