Oversee DCWUK's risk management and regulatory/legal compliance.
DCWUK is a South East London CIC delivering education, digital inclusion and arts programmes. You'll help the board identify and manage risk, and ensure we meet our legal, safeguarding and regulatory obligations as a CIC. Time commitment: approx. 4–6 hours/week.

Essential: risk, compliance, governance or legal background; meticulous attention to detail; confident raising concerns. Desirable: charity/CIC governance experience.
Use your risk and compliance expertise to protect and strengthen a growing CIC at board level, build governance experience, and help safeguard the communities we serve across South London.
Approx. 4-6 hours per week, flexible - to be arranged with the volunteer according to availability.
