Volunteers to assist Rotary Stewards in various roles and at different times and phases of the Rotary Fair on Twickenham Green
• One volunteer to help Rotary Stewards in the morning from 6.00am to 8am to mark out the pitches for the event • Two volunteers from 8am to 10am to assist Rotary Stewards in parking and unloading vehicles, carrying chairs from the church to the green and helping stallholders by carrying heavy boxes and gazebos across to the stallholders’ pitches • One volunteer from 8am to 10am to help us to put up the Information Stand and the First Aid stand. • Two volunteers to work with Rotary Stewards on the day between 10 am and 3.30 pm conducting general monitoring of the event site. You will be given a briefing note in advance and attend a pre-event training session. You will carry your own mobile phone to communicate with event leadership if needed and will be required to adhere to a rota so all times are covered • Two volunteers to assist a Rotary Steward from 8am to 3.30pm in the establishment of the entertainment marquee and the monitoring of the entertainment and surrounding space. • Three volunteers after the event, between 3.30 pm and 6 pm, to assist Rotary Stewards with taking down the gazebos, returning boxes to cars, general site clearance and litter picking around the Green
