Volunteer Coordinator

AfriLife MIND

A self-motivated individual to support AfriLife M.I.N.D. by creating recruitment advertisements and attracting qualified volunteers. This position reports directly to the CEO and requires independent work with minimal supervision.

Detailed Description

Key Responsibilities • Create compelling recruitment advertisements for various volunteer positions • Identify effective platforms and channels for volunteer recruitment • Manage initial communication with potential volunteers • Track recruitment efforts and outcomes • Arrange and conduct interviews • Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed

Time Commitment
