About Dose of Nature Our work is grounded in a strong and growing body of scientific evidence demonstrating the physiological and psychological benefits of spending time in nature. We deliver ‘nature prescriptions’ to people referred directly by their GP with a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress and addiction. Our individual ten-week programme offers a genuine alternative to both medication and more traditional psychological interventions, and one that is effective, sustainable, and accessible to all.
