Strong volunteer to help move crates and set up The Real Junk food Projecty community cafe at ETNA centre on Monday mornings
Would you like to be part of a team that helps to reduce food waste and provides healthy low cost food to your local community? The Real Junk Food Project are looking for a strong volunteer to join their team at the ETNA Centre in East Twickenahm on Monday mornings from 8am - 10am to help the manager set up the cafe and move crates of food from our store room to the main cafe. A sack truck is available for moving the crates. Our community cafe serves healthy lunches for ~80 guests per session using food that is rescued from the supermarkets and other local businesses that would otherwise have gone to waste. We operate on a Pay As You Feel Basis and are open to all members of our community.
