To share working knowledge of the Beacon CRM system with staff and other volunteers in order to maximise usage and capacity. To provide data insight, using the Beacon CRM system, to support the work of the Fundraising & Engagement Team.

Must have good working knowledge of Beacon CRM system and be able to share and teach others how to use it to its full potential. Must be able to extract data and provide data insight using Beacon CRM system based on an agreed brief.
Use of your Beacon CRM skills to support a charity. Being part of a team. Ongoing support.
A minimum of half a day per week office based, some hybrid working possible.
