This role supports The Mulberry Centre by helping out at a variety of events held in the local community, mostly in Richmond, Hounslow and Ealing, and at our own arranged events at the CentreWe require events helpers to be bucket shakers, set up/take down our stall, sell stock, inspire donations, give out leaflets and raise awareness of our services.
This role supports The Mulberry Centre by helping out at a variety of events held in the local community, mostly in Richmond, Hounslow and Ealing, and at our own arranged events at the Centre. This is an entry level role suitable for anyone aged 18+ who is physically fit enough to stand for periods of tie, carry equipment and help set up/dismantle our stall, and who has good communication skills. We require events helpers to be bucket shakers, set up/take down our stall, sell stock, inspire donations, give out leaflets and raise awareness of our services. This year is our 25th anniversary so a number of events are planned.

Good communication skills. Ability to learn about our services and inspire donations. Physically fit enough to stand for periods, carry light equipment, and set up/take down our stall. Be prepared to volunteer at a variety of venues, indoors or outdoors.
This role is ad-hoc so it can fit around your own availability weekdays and/or weekends. The more flexible you are the more you can volunteer. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. Full induction and training given.
We ask for at least 4 hours a month. Depends on number of events.

The Mulberry Centre is at West Middlesex University Hospital, Twickenham Road, Isleworth TW7 6AF, but events may also be at various indoor and outdoor venues mainly across Richmond, Hounslow & Ealing including sports stadiums, markets, parks and community venues.
