Bridge Watch Volunteer
Bridge Watch
Volunteers needed to safeguard the public around the bridges of the City of London
Volunteers needed who will patrol the areas on and around the bridges of London to engage or intervene with anybody indicating intent to enter the water for, primarily, but not limited to, the purpose of suicide. Their role is centred on empathy, connection and early support — being there for people at moments when they may feel most alone. Working closely alongside partner organisations and emergency services, Bridge Watch volunteers play a vital role at moments when time, compassion and human connection can make a critical difference.
