SEEN is seeking a proactive and organised Event Planner to help design and deliver high‑quality events that raise awareness and support for our charity. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail‑focused, and confident coordinating logistics, people, and deadlines. You’ll play a key part in helping the community learn about SEEN and ensuring more people in pregnancy crisis or pregnancy loss can access the support they need.

Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver events that support SEEN’s objectives Build strong relationships with volunteers, suppliers, venues, and attendees Promote events and raise awareness of SEEN’s services Manage event timelines, logistics, and budgets Ensure events run smoothly and safely

By Bus: The 33, 290, 490, H22, R70, R68 stop outside St Stephens Church and the H37 from Hounslow or Richmond stops near the traffic lights at Poplar Court. By Train: The nearest stations are Richmond mainline train and tube (District Line) and St Margarets mainline train. By Car: We have a car park right outside the building which can be accessed from the Richmond Road via a driveway leading in behind the brick wall. There is meter and voucher parking on surrounding streets and vouchers can be purchased from the newsagents on Richmond Road next to the bus stop.
