Dynamic Coaching is seeking a volunteer Business Development Officer to support the growth of our community sport and youth programmes. The role involves identifying partnership opportunities, supporting outreach to schools and organisations, and helping develop new projects and income streams to strengthen the sustainability of our work.
Dynamic Coaching is a community sports and youth development organisation delivering sport, mentoring, education and wellbeing programmes for young people and communities. As the organisation grows, we are looking to develop new partnerships, opportunities and income streams to expand our impact. The Business Development Officer will support the organisation in identifying new opportunities, building partnerships with schools, community organisations, businesses and local stakeholders, and helping develop ideas that strengthen the sustainability and growth of Dynamic Coaching programmes. This role would suit someone interested in business development, partnerships, social enterprise, community development or strategic planning.

• Research potential partnership opportunities with schools, community groups and businesses. • Support outreach and communication with potential partners and stakeholders. • Assist in identifying opportunities for programme growth and development. • Help prepare partnership proposals or collaboration ideas. • Support development of new projects and initiatives within Dynamic Coaching. • Work with the team to explore sustainable income opportunities.
