Providence Row is a day centre for rough sleepers. We work with around 1,200 homeless and vulnerably housed people a year in London, offering an integrated service of crisis support, advice, recovery, learning and training programmes. At our Welcome area volunteers will: *Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to all visitors & clients and engage with them in a non-judgmental & respectful manner * Record client details & interactions * Meet the needs of the clients, providing shower supplies, lunch tokens etc. where necessary We are looking for enthusiastic, supportive and committed volunteers, with the ability to work with clients who have varying support needs and challenging behaviours.
