The Real Junk Food Project - Thursday afternoon volunteers @ Ham Childrens Centre Surplus Food Hub
Would you like to be part of a team that helps to reduce food waste and provides low cost food to your local community? The Real Junk Food Project (TRJFP) are looking for servers to join their surplus food hub team at Ham Childrens Centre on Thursday afternoons. TRJFP take surplus from local supermarkets and offers to customers on a 'Pay as you Feel' basis. This provides a welcoming and non-judgmental space. The Thursday team are looking for volunteering from 1:30pm-5pm to help with sorting food donations, serving customers and packing down. This food hub is located outdoors but under cover.
