We are looking for someone to manage and potentially take a lead in the redevelopment of our website. We are open to dividing the role between management of the existing site and leading on the development of a new site.
Working with the IT trustee and the Campaigns and Communications team, your role is to manage our WordPress website to help ensure that it is relevant, engaging, user-friendly and secure. The webmaster manager role will principally be to: • Monitor the performance of the website and perform software updates and security routines. • Ensure that the site is being automatically backed up. • Help train authorised trustees to post content on the website and to assist where necessary in uploading new content and editing, with the guidance of trustees, existing content. • Assist in reconfiguring the website to improve its layout and user experience.

Have an interest and some experience with WordPress websites.

A couple of hours a week working remotely.
