There is a committee in place. The new Chair would be there to guide the group and provide energy and direction, balancing the needs of short-terms aims such as the next shows with the long-term health of the group.
An opportunity to play a key role in a local cultural group. To see outcomes in terms of successful performances and the growth of individuals within the group. The chance to use skills potentially gained in previous professional or volunteer roles in a new setting.
Will vary. Much of the committee business is done on WhatsApp, with Zoom committee meetings every 1-2 months on average, and an AGM.
