Christmas Project Volunteer - Support Greenwich Homeless Project to deliver a positive festive season to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
This Christmas, we’re opening our Winter Night Shelter and Day Centre for 10 days to provide warmth, safety, and community for people experiencing homelessness — and we need your help! As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a supportive team helping to create a welcoming space where everyone feels valued. Tasks include assisting with daily operations, serving meals, supporting guests to access essentials such as food, showers, and laundry facilities, and offering friendly, non-judgmental conversation. It’s a rewarding and often fun experience — full of teamwork, laughter, and the true spirit of Christmas. Whether you can give a few hours or several days, your time will make a real difference. Join us and help bring warmth, dignity, and joy to our community this Christmas.
