Key Responsibilities: • To support the lead musician by singing along with the songs and dancing with residents. • Helping to engaging residents and staff to join in with singing, dancing, playing percussion instruments, waving scarves and ribbons, • Handing items around and collec ng them in. • To encourage care staff into the room if they are shy or on the edges. • To help carry equipment in and out of the building and help unpacking and packing.
