Falcon Foundation is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing, Events & Fundraising Manager to lead social media, events, partnerships and fundraising initiatives. Paid role approx. £1,500/month with flexible working and exciting growth opportunities.

As our Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll play an important role in driving forward the mission of the charity as well as launching campaigns to build awareness, attract donations, and create a lasting impact. Key duties will be: Marketing and communications Event planning and delivery Corporate engagement Sponsorship and fundraising activity Community and stakeholder engagement The role is intended to help position the Foundation as a leading charitable organisation supporting education, opportunity and social mobility within STEM, Aerospace & Aviation.

Why these skills are required

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing, Events and Fundraising Manager! You will be leading campaigns that increase brand awareness, raise income, attract new supporters and eventually help the charity retain existing ones. We’re looking for an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships quickly. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing & Communications Manage and develop the Foundation’s marketing and communications strategy. Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website and other platforms. Develop engaging written and visual content aligned to the Foundation’s mission and values. Coordinate announcements relating to scholarships, grants, partnerships, events and achievements. Ensure all communications maintain a professional and consistent brand identity. Produce newsletters, promotional materials, presentations and campaign content. Support media and PR engagement where appropriate. Monitor analytics and engagement performance and provide regular reporting to Trustees. 2. Events Management Plan, coordinate and deliver Foundation events, networking sessions, engagement days and fundraising initiatives. Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, registrations, schedules and attendee communications. Coordinate volunteers and partner organisations during events. Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and operational considerations are appropriately managed. Represent the Foundation professionally at external events and industry functions. Support relationship-building with universities, corporates, sponsors and community stakeholders. 3. Fundraising & Sponsorship Identify and pursue sponsorship, fundraising and donor engagement opportunities. Build relationships with corporate partners across STEM, Aerospace & Aviation sectors. Support the preparation of sponsorship proposals, fundraising campaigns and donor communications. Assist in developing strategic partnerships which provide scholarships, internships, mentoring or industry opportunities. Maintain records of sponsors, donors and fundraising activity. Support grant application activity where required. 4. Stakeholder & Community Engagement Build and maintain positive relationships with:Sponsors Educational institutions Industry partners Volunteers Trustees Scholarship recipients Community organisations Support the Foundation’s objective of increasing accessibility and opportunity within STEM industries. Promote the Foundation in a professional and ethical manner aligned with Charity Commission expectations. What we’re looking for Experience in marketing, communications, fundraising and/or events management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional and confident stakeholder engagement skills. Experience using social media and digital marketing tools. Ability to work independently and proactively. Alignment with the Foundation’s mission and values.
