You're organised and reliable, with a genuine eye for detail and the discipline to follow things through. You communicate clearly and warmly, especially over email, and you're comfortable with everyday digital tools - email, shared drives, documents and spreadsheets. You can juggle several tasks at once and handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion. You work well independently between check-ins. No formal qualifications needed
This role is the backbone of everything we do — and you'll see the difference it makes. Do work that matters. Every session we run and every woman we reach depends on things behind the scenes working properly. That's you. Build skills you'll keep. Organisation, coordination, communication and working with sensitive information — hands-on experience you can carry into any career or sector, not theory from a course. See how it really works. Get a behind-the-scenes view of how a grassroots organisation runs, from volunteer coordination to funding admin. Room to grow. Honest feedback, genuine guidance, and more responsibility as you're ready - with a route into a paid role as SBSC expands. A community, not just a team. You'll work alongside people who value empathy, collaboration, and showing up for others. Your contribution will be felt here.
Minimum 10 hours per week, with flexibility to do more by arrangement. Hours can be arranged around your other commitments, as long as key tasks and deadlines are covered.
