Help SBSC reach women who may not yet know support exists. As our Social Media Assistant, you'll plan and create content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok - graphics, captions and short-form video - capture moments at sessions and events, spot trends, and help run campaigns that put real people at the centre. A human, honest voice, never performative. Lived experience welcomed, never required.

You're confident across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok, and can take a rough idea to a finished post - graphics, captions and short-form video using tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe. You write clearly and with care, especially on sensitive subjects, and understand consent and dignity. You're reliable with deadlines and can work independently between check-ins. No formal qualifications need lived experience welcomed, never required.

Content creation, storytelling, campaign planning and audience engagement hands-on experience you can carry into any career, not theory from a course. Creative freedom with a point. You won't just chase trends. You'll help create content that reflects real lives and drives real change. Room to grow. Minimum 10 hours per week, over an initial 6 months (with review). Hybrid -a mix of remote work and attending some in-person sessions and events. Hours are flexible and can be arranged around your other commitments, as long as deadlines are met.
